Sea and Sun Apartments offer a relaxed, comfortable stay by the beach in a pollution-free environment.  Our fully furnished apartments are in
a prime location, offering the space and privacy of a home, just steps from the shore.  With a breakfast restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and coworking area, it's the perfect lifestyle hub for experiencing Da Nang.

Please note that breakfast, access to the swimming pool, the gym, and the coworking area are not included in the accommodation fee. You only pay for these amenities when you need them. The cost is 200,000 VND (approximately $7.50 USD) per person, per day for access to the swimming pool, gym, and coworking space.

If you stay for a month, there is a 50% reduction, bringing the total to 3 million VND for all the month Breakfast is available in the hotel lobby for 320,000 VND per person (approximately $12 USD).
